Wittur

Wittur is a dominant force within the lift industry and in 2016, the UK team were due to exhibit at one of their major events of the year. Wanting to explore a relationship with a local design agency, Wittur UK invited us to pitch for the design, management and build of Liftex. And that was just the beginning.

Moving billions of people every day

Wittur is an international elevator company with offices around the globe. Its industry leading range of products, combined with an ability to innovate, ensures it provides tangible solutions to its customers. Initially commissioned to work on Liftex in 2016, we quickly realised the potential for growth within Wittur UK.

Whilst working on the initial exhibition, we also designed the interior for their London showroom in Canary Wharf. With their input, we mapped out the customer experience in 3D format, designed the graphics and liaised with suppliers regarding materials. Customer centricity is a consistent thread running through everything Wittur do, so the showroom provided a space to channel that focus.

The overarching brand proposition for Wittur was strong with a clear identity and messaging, but the UK lacked its own presence, a key factor in attracting local customers. With a unique opportunity to develop a more localised marketing strategy, we began working alongside the UK based team to reach their regional markets more effectively. Over the years we have continued to build our relationship with the UK team and now work on a monthly retainer to develop a wide range of digital and printed assets. We also designed and managed the most recent stand for Liftex last year, which was a big success.

Increasing spare parts sales by 80%

To continue building on our partnership, we invest time in developing the marketing strategy to support the overall vision for the business. We conduct quarterly sessions to plan future activities and discuss improvements. In 2021, as part of the annual marketing plan, we designed and built the UK spare parts website. In terms of enhancing the customer experience, this was groundbreaking. Streamlining the process considerably, it cut down on admin, offered a more tailored approach to ordering and increased sales by 80%. More recently, we’ve helped to create a social media strategy to elevate the brand and increase Wittur UK’s online presence.
